1. What this is
 
Knocking, Inc., 357 Commerce Drive, Fairfield, CT 06825 (“Knocking”) invites founders, owners, and business leaders to tell us about themselves and their work. Knocking may, at its sole discretion, select one person to be invited to attend The Strive Collective program on Necker Island, British Virgin Islands, December 5–11, 2026.
There is no fee, purchase, or payment of any kind. This is not a contest, sweepstakes, competition, or game of chance. No one is promised or guaranteed selection. Knocking will select in its sole and absolute discretion, on any basis it considers appropriate, and may select no one at all. Knocking’s decisions are final and are not subject to review, appeal, or challenge. Nothing on Knocking’s website or in any related communication creates an obligation to select any person or to extend any invitation.
The Strive Collective, Virgin Limited Edition, Necker Island, and Sir Richard Branson are not administrators of this submission process except as expressly stated. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Vimeo, Meta, and any other platform used to host or share a video are not affiliated with or responsible for it in any way.

2. Who may be considered
You must, as of the date of your submission and continuously through the date of travel:

• be at least twenty-one (21) years old;

• be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;

• be a founder, owner, officer, or senior leader of a business currently in operation, in operation for at least twelve (12) months, that has generated revenue from customers or clients;

• hold, or be able to obtain at your own expense by November 15, 2026, a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond December 11, 2026, together with any British Virgin Islands entry authorization; and

• be able to travel to and from the British Virgin Islands and attend the full program on December 5–11, 2026.

By submitting, you certify that each of the foregoing is true, and you represent that you are submitting in your capacity as a principal of a business, that you are a sophisticated commercial party, and that you have had the opportunity to review these terms and seek advice before submitting. Knocking may require documentation verifying any of these facts.
Not eligible: employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Knocking, of The Strive Collective and its affiliates, and of Virgin Limited Edition and its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of any of them.
One submission per person and per business. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent submissions will be disregarded.
 
3. Your submission
You grant Knocking and its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, excerpt, publish, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise exploit your submission, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later devised, including television broadcast, cable, streaming, digital, social, and print, for any purpose, without further notice, approval, or compensation. You further grant Knocking the right to use your name, business name, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the foregoing. You retain ownership of your submission.
You represent that anything you submit is your original work; that you own or control all rights in it; that it contains no music, footage, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party material without written permission, which you will provide on request (do not use commercially released music); that every identifiable person appearing or heard in it is at least eighteen (18) years old and has consented; and that it is truthful and contains nothing unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
Knocking is not obligated to review, use, respond to, or return any submission, and may decline or disregard any submission for any reason. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights in the submission and any right to inspect or approve Knocking’s use of it.

4. If you are selected
Any invitation is conditional on each of the following: (a) approval of you by The Strive Collective, Virgin Limited Edition, and the venue, each of which may withhold approval in its sole discretion and is under no obligation to state a reason; (b) your signing and returning, within the time Knocking specifies, an affidavit, a liability release and assumption of risk, a publicity and content release, and an IRS Form W-9; and (c) your satisfying every requirement in Section 2. Knocking may withdraw an invitation at any time before travel, for any reason, without compensation, substitution, or alternative of any kind.
Important consideration: The invitation has substantial monetary value and is taxable income to you. Knocking will report its value to the Internal Revenue Service on Form 1099-MISC. All federal, state, local, and foreign taxes are your sole responsibility, and you must provide a completed Form W-9 with a valid taxpayer identification number as a condition of accepting. You are strongly encouraged to consult a tax advisor.
Approximate value: $25,000 USD. This represents Knocking’s good-faith determination of fair market value, taking into account that the invitation is non-transferable and may not be resold.
The invitation covers one (1) person only and does not include a guest or companion. It includes only what Knocking specifies in writing, expected to be accommodation on Necker Island for six (6) nights; meals and non-alcoholic beverages; participation in the program; round-trip ground and boat transfers between the designated arrival airport and Necker Island. It does not include airfare to and from Beef Island / Tortola, BVI; any domestic or connecting travel; passport and visa costs; travel insurance; ground transportation not specified; spa services; gratuities; telephone, internet, and incidental charges; or any other cost not expressly listed. All other costs are yours.
You must obtain, at your own expense, travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage, and provide proof to Knocking before departure. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and any required visas, authorizations, vaccinations, and health documentation. Travel dates are fixed and cannot be changed. If you are unable or unwilling to travel on the specified dates for any reason, the invitation lapses without substitution or compensation.
Travel to a remote island destination and participation in the program may involve activities including water activities, boating, and swimming, which carry inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, and death. You voluntarily assume all such risks. You must comply with all rules, policies, and instructions of Knocking, the program operator, and the venue, and your participation may be terminated at any time for failure to do so, without compensation. You are responsible for your own conduct and for any damage you cause.
If Knocking selects you, you consent to Knocking’s use of your name, business name, city and state, likeness, voice, photograph, video, statements, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and program purposes in any medium worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional notice, approval, or compensation. You may be required to participate in photography, video recording, interviews, and promotional appearances before, during, and after the program, and to sign a separate appearance release as a condition of accepting.
Knocking will never ask you to pay a fee, tax, customs charge, or processing cost, to provide a credit card number, to wire funds, or to purchase gift cards in order to be considered or to accept an invitation. No one has been selected unless and until Knocking has confirmed it in writing from TheStriveCollective@knocking.com and the steps above have been completed. Any communication claiming otherwise is not from Knocking.

5. Privacy and communications
Knocking uses your information to evaluate submissions, coordinate any invitation, and produce and distribute content relating to the program, and may disclose it to its service providers, The Strive Collective, Virgin Limited Edition, the venue, and travel providers for those purposes. Information about a selected person will be transferred outside the United States, including to the British Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom, in connection with travel and program arrangements. By submitting, you consent to these uses and disclosures.
By providing your email address and telephone number, you consent to be contacted by Knocking by email, telephone call, and text message regarding your submission, including at the number you provide, which may be a mobile number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Knocking will not use your telephone number for marketing purposes and will not sell, rent, or transfer it for marketing purposes.
Knocking’s Privacy Policy at knocking.com/privacypolicy applies to information collected in connection with this submission process to the extent not inconsistent with this Section. In the event of any conflict, this Section governs.

6. General
Knocking may modify, suspend, extend, or discontinue this submission process, or amend these terms, at any time and for any reason. Material changes will be posted on this page. Knocking may disregard any submission from any person it believes has acted fraudulently, disruptively, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect.
You release and hold harmless Knocking, its affiliates, The Strive Collective and its affiliates, Virgin Limited Edition and its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your submission, your selection or non-selection, any invitation or its withdrawal, and any travel or activity relating to the program.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KNOCKING AND THE PARTIES RELEASED ABOVE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ATTORNEYS’ FEES, AND THEIR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this submission process must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND KNOCKING EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises or it is permanently barred.
